About Sahjanwan

Located in the eastern part of Uttar Pradesh within Gorakhpur District, Sahjanwan is a very fast developing industrial area of Uttar Pradesh. It is also called GIDA Sahjanwa.  Many industries such as food processing, plywood, jute etc. have their factories in this area. Sahjanwan is also served by 2 railway stations namely Sihapar and Sahjanwan. The population of this area is about 25, 091 and it is spread over an area of 1, 210 sq km. The 53% of the total population is male and rest is female.
